A small and refined attic overlooking a splendid beach, situated in a typical Ligurian palace, completely refurbished, with a newly finished bathroom and kitchen and elegantly furnished, offering a breathtaking view of the bay of Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, which is only 3 km away.
The accommodation is tastefully furnished and features satellite TV in the lounge, radiators with adjustable thermostats, air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. E un'incredibile vista sulla baia.
The attic, given its limited dimensions, is perfect for couples seeking a unique and romantic accommodation, yet it can also accommodate a third person who may sleep on the comfortable sofa bed.
Being an old Genoese house, there is no lift and the staircase is somewhat steep and narrow (not recommended for guests with very large suitcases), especially considering the four floors!
Small pets are permitted upon prior agreement.

Notes
It is necessary to communicate your approximate arrival time at least two days before check‑in, so as to organise the key handover and welcome you. The portering service is available ONLY upon arrival, on request and subject to availability.
Check‑in is from 14:00 to 20:00 and check‑out is by 11:00. Any requests for a late check‑in or late check‑out must be made at the time of booking.
Bookings for two guests who do NOT wish to sleep in the same double bed must be specified at the time of booking, so that additional linen can be arranged at a cost of €25.00 for the entire stay (unless a change of sheets is requested), payable on site.
