This splendid cottage, elegantly furnished with exposed stonework, is located just minutes from the centre of Santa Margherita Ligure and only 3 km from Portofino. Nestled in the tranquillity of the countryside within a small orchard, it is perfect for those seeking a charming, pampered holiday featuring delightful local produce.
Our swimming pool (NOT exclusively for guests) is at your complete disposal for spending a few hours of relaxation in a splendid garden.
If you love greenery, the countryside and animals (we have six dachshunds, an Italian Bracco, and a sweet English setter who, however, will not disturb your stay – they will merely bark a little as you pass by, despite having a completely independent entrance, and will occasionally come near your garden for a cuddle), and if you love being pampered and enjoying a holiday centred on relaxation without sacrificing the convenience of the town centre and the proximity to Portofino, then this splendid charming house is for you.
Finely furnished with French furniture, it is equipped with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, a private garden with sun loungers, and a kitchen complete with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, an American-style coffee maker, an espresso machine, and everything you might need.
A comfortable lounge offers a selection of books at your disposal, an e‑box for iPhone music playback, a DVD player, a TV with foreign channels, and Wi‑Fi.
The double bed with its orthopaedic mattress is of a French style, and is therefore slightly smaller than the Italian standard.
To reach both the main house and the cottage, there is a staircase of approximately 70 steps, which are quite manageable; guests will have an independent entrance that leads them to the pool and hence to their private upper garden.

Everything necessary for breakfast will be provided in the cottage, along with a selection of local products offered by us to welcome you. In the morning, you will find a basket with croissants, Ligurian focaccia, and pastries to start your day in the sweetest way
Notes
Check‑in is from 15:00 to 20:30 and check‑out is by 11:00. Any requests for a late check‑in or late check‑out must be made at the time of booking.
For bookings for two guests who do NOT wish to share the same double bed, please specify this at the time of booking so that additional bedding can be arranged at a cost of €25.00 for the entire stay (unless a sheet change is requested), payable on site.
Pets are not allowed for the reasons mentioned above.
Children under 15 are accepted on request.
Private garden and free parking are provided.
Please note: the private access road is a little narrow and is not suitable for minivans (dubbio: "minivan" could also be interpreted as MPV or similar vehicles).
NO ANIMALS, EVENTS, PARTIES, APERITIFS, OR DINNERS WITH EXTERNAL GUESTS ARE PERMITTED for reasons of privacy and security, unless prior arrangements have been made directly with us.
A local tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day is payable on site.
